Dr. Ameera Ba-Fadhel is a physician and public health specialist from Yemen with expertise in global health, health policy, and implementation science. She has worked with WHO and UNFPA-Yemen, leading initiatives in health systems strengthening, maternal health, and substance use prevention. As a Humphrey Fellow at VCU, she focuses on public health leadership, health equity, and evedance based policy. Her work aims to improve universal health coverage and access to quality care in low-resource settings. Dr. Ba-Fadhel is committed to bridging policy and practice to advance sustainable health solutions.
